How to Submit a Claim?

There are several ways to submit claims to our MSO, Network Medical Management:

  • Via Office Ally, use Payor ID#: NMM03
  • Via the NMM Web Portal. To set up an account please email portal.inquiries@nmm.cc
  • Mail direct to: 1680 S. Garfield Ave. #200, Alhambra, CA 91801

Claims Processing

Claims processing for Golden Shore Medical is handled though our Management Service Organization (MSO), Network Medical Management (NMM). NMM will administer specific managed care operations for Providers and Patients affiliated with Golden Shore Medical Group IPA that includes the following:

  • Claims
  • Contracting
  • Credentialing
  • Eligibility/Capitation
  • Customer Service
  • Utilization Management
  • Quality Integration
  • Provider Network Support
  • Web Portal
